This rate is our thank-you to the community around us. It is open to Sri Lankan citizens and to holders of a valid Sri Lankan resident visa — expats, long-stayers and dual nationals who have made the island home.
Bring the family for a weekend, escape Colombo for a few unhurried days, or gather friends for a slow south-coast supper. Simply present your NIC, passport or resident visa at check-in.

Your rate includes a generous breakfast each morning and a two-course dinner each evening, cooked on site by our kitchen in the farm-to-table spirit the Round House is known for.
Traditional Sri Lankan plates sit alongside lighter international dishes, using produce from local suppliers and herbs from the garden. Tell us how you like to eat — every meal is tailored to you.

Send us your dates, party size and residency (Sri Lankan NIC, passport or resident visa) by email or WhatsApp, and we’ll confirm availability at the residents’ rate.
Proof of residency or a valid resident visa is required at check-in. Rate valid for July & August 2026, subject to availability. Infants under 12 months and guests aged 12 and over are welcome; children aged 1–11 cannot be accommodated, as per our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
